The article is prepared on the results of the XIX International Scientific and Practical Conference "National and international levels of counteraction to the drug threat in the operating range of the Collective Security Treaty Organization", held in April 21-22, 2016 at the Siberian Law Institute of the FDCS of Russia. The drug situation, criminological characteristics, trends and a short-term prognosis for drug-related crime in member-states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization are presented in the article as well as the main content of the recommendations of the scientific forum.
