The national standard of public services quality as a tool of improvement of public monitoring of the activities of organizations engaged in the management of apartment buildings

The article analyses the criteria of efficiency of civil participation in monitoring the activities of organizations engaged in the management of apartment buildings. Based on the results of the sociological research, the author suggests an innovative system of efficiency assessment. Practical guidelines for implementation of the developed system in social practice of apartment houses management are suggested.
