Peculiarities of regulation and control of the Central bank of the Russian Federation activities of regional commercial banks

The article examines the role and importance of the CBR in the country's banking system. The analysis of the dynamics of the total number of Russian banks operating in the context of the Federal Districts has been carried out. Since the control and supervisory function of the Bank of Russia is currently of economic interest, we will consider methods for improving the control and regulation of the activities of commercial banks, as well as improving the legal support for their activities.
