Supervision of laws by the judgment: theoretical and legal aspect

The article is devoted to the investigation of the procedure for exercising supervision over the execution of laws by bailiffs, whose main task is to ensure legality in the activities of authorized bodies, as well as to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the provisions of regulatory legal acts and scientific literature, the following conclusion is drawn: this branch of supervision is an integral part of the prosecutor's supervision over the implementation of laws.
