Supervision over compliance with forest legislation

In the paper on the basis of the analysis of judicial practice, the author examines the activities of the bodies exercising state forest supervision, reveals shortcomings in their activities, and also shows the important role of these bodies to promote reasonable multi-purpose and sustainable forest management while maintaining their ecological functions.
