Existence of barriers to recreational fishing

The article considers the organization of recreational fishing from the point of view of fishing within the boundaries of fishing grounds provided to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for other types of fishing, as a type of entrepreneurial activity and possible profit making with its further legalization, the possibility of excluding legal nihilism, which will show the policy of orientation of the state to the activities of small and medium-sized businesses.
