Tax policy of the state as a mechanism of modernization of the economy of the regions of the Russian Federation

This article discusses the relationship of tax policy and modernization of the economy of the regions of the Russian Federation, in a difficult economic and social situation. Particular attention is paid to the improvement of the mechanisms of the tax system, in order to stimulate the modernization processes in the country.
