Tax and non-tax revenues of the municipal budget

In modern conditions, there are difficulties in ensuring the revenue base of local budgets in an amount sufficient to fulfill all expenditure obligations of municipalities. This article examines the execution of the local budget of the Syktyvkar Municipal District as a whole, as well as tax and non-tax revenues. Based on the analysis, the problems of the formation of tax and non-tax revenues of the local budget are identified, ways of solving the identified problems are presented.
