Tax offences

The article deals with tax offences. Despite the fact that the act or omission of the payer, which results in a tax violation, it is not possible to bring to justice all payers and not always. Thus, the Tax Code provides for a number of situations in which a tax offence does not lead to the responsibility of the perpetrator.
