Tax risks of company and their minimization

The article deals with research of the problem of tax risk management in the financial activities of the enterprise. The notion of tax risks, risk management principles are revealed. Based on given classifications, the ways to minimize tax risks are suggested. The role of the internal mechanisms of neutralization in the system of financial risk management is defined.
