Обзор литературы основан на поиске по ключевым словам «пограничное расстройство личности» (ПРЛ), «несуицидальное самоповреждение» и «суицидальное поведение» в MEDLINE и PsycINFO статей с 2000 года. В третьей и заключительной части основное внимание уделено процессу диагностики, объективизации медико-социального бремени и выбору доказательно эффективного комплексного лечения больных ПРЛ как важного ресурсосберегающего и антисуицидального средства.
