Nanoencapsulated natural lipids

Creation of supramolecular nano-scale systems, such as liposomes, based on seal lipids, containing rn-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids solves a problem of targeted delivery of biologically active compounds into the pathological centers of the body. Affinity and also tissue and target cells penetration capabilities in liposomal bioactive agents and drugs have several advantages over their use in intact form. The prospect of microencapsulated forms of natural lipids in medical and food areas development is shown.
