The integration of nanosize structures in microfluidic devices makes it possible to develop devices and systems where nanomaterial special properties, features of nanofluidic and various functional possibilities of microfluidics are realized. Nanofluidics features are considered in this paper. The main claimed features of nanoscale structures in microfluidic devices are discussed.
