The authors describe the use of "a wire guide" device for subchondral tunnelization of femoral and tibial condyles in patients with gonarthrosis. The utility model proposed allows to standardize the performance of two-way fan-like tunnelization, to prevent articular cartilage damages and to distribute tunnels in the subchondral zone uniformly
