Directions of staff work digitalization in the tourism sphere of the Republic of Tatarstan

Increase the digitalization of staff activities and creation of digital competence is needed to growth of the tourist flow and income from tourism activities in the Republic of Tatarstan, to promote tourism services in the domestic Russian market, improve digital management of activities at a tourism enterprise. The authors systematize traditionally used digital resources in the staff work in the tourism sector of the Republic of Tatarstan. The article presents features of the work of booking systems such as Sirena, Anywayanyday, Alean, etc. There is insufficient prevalence of integrated systems for managing the staff work in tourism companies in the Republic of Tatarstan. The authors propose introduction of software products based on the ERP methodology into the staff work and characterize the composition of functional blocks is developed and the existing software systems (Master-tour, SAMO-tour). The possibilities of intensifying the developments for collecting big data on activities in the tourism market of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to increase the efficiency of the staff work in travel companies have been established. Directions for digitalization of the staff work in terms of virtual and augmented reality are proposed, the possibilities and limitations of each method are presented. Directions for the formation of digital competence of the staff through virtual self-learning teams have been developed. The expediency of implementing the concept of education through life to improve the digital literacy of the staff in the tourism sector of the Republic of Tatarstan is shown.
