The article presents the main trends in the development of the e-commerce services market at the present stage; It is shown that despite the presence of trends in the return of the buyer to the offline format, the market for e-commerce services shows noticeable growth rates. This especially applies to the Russian market, which leads among other national online markets in terms of annual growth rates. Based on an analysis of the activities of the largest marketplaces, the article identifies and characterizes the main problems of interaction between marketplaces and sellers offering goods through online platforms. It is indicated that entrepreneurs working in the small business segment, as well as individual entrepreneurs, are most exposed to the risks of working on such sites. Based on theoretical analysis and systematization of the authors’ practical experience, the articles formulate directions for harmonizing relations between market participants. The purpose of the article is to develop proposals for solving problems arising in the market for e-commerce services between all participants in this business. The article proposes a number of such solutions of an organizational, managerial and economic nature.
