Directions for use of digital technologies in personnel development context organizations

The article discusses the main directions of using digital tools to improve the qualifications of personnel at the microeconomic level, strengthen the competitiveness of the company, a comparative analysis of the main disadvantages and advantages of digital tools for advanced training is carried out. It has been established that at the present stage the management of the organization faces the task of creating a corporate system of continuous education of personnel, effectively combining full-time and digital tools for advanced training. The solution of such a problem allows the organization to reach a qualitatively new level of development, significantly enhance its competitive advantages in the market, as well as investment attractiveness. Digital tools for advanced training cannot replace face-to-face training in those types of activities that require practical skills in material production. At the same time, digital tools make it possible to supplement corporate retraining and personnel development programs and significantly increase their efficiency while reducing the overall costs of an economic entity in this area.
