Directions to the balance regional socio-economic complexes in the new reality

The new reality, transforming the model of regional socio-economic development of Russia, starting in the spring of 2022, has given a request from the state, society and business to the expert community, as well as the scientific and educational environment to form a new representative methodology for balancing regional socio-economic complexes of Russia at the present stage and in the future years. The article presents the conclusions of the conducted scientific research on the topic of describing possible ways for this formation based on the existing trends that the state lays in it, as well as the external conjuncture.
