Ways of cash flow optimization as an element of financial stability management of the diamond-holding

In the article reviewed the main methods of analysis and management of cash flow of a diamond-mining holding in order to ensure its financial stability. The authors substantiate the need to optimize the structure of the cash flow to ensure financial stability under the crisis conditions. Recommendations for restructuring the financial position of the diamond-mining holding company have been developed, and a system of operational management has been developed in accordance with the industry specifics.
