The perspective directions in the field of innovation dynamics in the region are designed to determine the exact forms of investment to enable the greatest contribution to the innovation dynamics, to evaluate and predict the effectiveness of various forms and methods of investing in innovation activity, to elicit the most rational strategies for financing R&D expenditures taking into account risks and forecasts of market or industry development, to evaluate the comparative efficiency and effectiveness of current R&D costs to and venture capital financing of innovative projects, to determine the benefits of private capital in comparison with the public in terms of financing innovation and to suggest ways of creating the optimal investment portfolio on the innovation market.
