The directions of increase in efficiency of programs of innovative development with the state participation within the policy pursued by the state

In article the most perspective directions of increase in efficiency of programs of innovative development, part in which is directly taken by the state, are considered. The directions have been chosen relying on the policy pursued by the state. Article reflects mechanisms which allow to form innovative chains and to increase effectiveness of innovative activity. Integration of the universities with the industry has been considered.
