Directions of increase of economic efficiency of the enterprise

To make the right decisions, management must adequately assess and understand the economic and financial condition of their company, the effect that the company brings. Each organization, for its successful development, needs to periodically choose the direction of its future movement, and it is necessary that this direction should lead the company forward, increasing its efficiency. This article illustrates the main groups of ways to improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise. Each direction was divided into several components. The scheme presented in the work covers various areas of the enterprise’s activities.
