Directions of anti-corruption legal regulation

The article reveals the main directions of legal regulation of anti-corruption in the Russian Federation in the light of significant changes in international legal regulation of this sphere and Russia's participation in various international institutions and organizations at present. The thesis of a sufficient level of legal regulation of anti-corruption within the framework of the national legal system is substantiated, taking into account the implementation of international legal norms in the Russian legislation in this area, which made it possible to form a stable system of legal norms in the field of anti-corruption. The necessity of forming national tools for an objective assessment of the level of corruption outside politicized international institutions, associations and organizations is substantiated.
