Directions, issues and prospects of developing enterprising in the sphere of education of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the directions of the development of the entrepreneurial business in the sphere of education based on innovating forms of development. There is emphasized that enterprising in educational sphere is realized through innovating, creative and initiative spheres. The peculiarities of the development of the educational potential and the conditions of the realization of teaching in education are pointed out.
