The article deals with the main areas of counteraction to spreading of terrorism ideology in the youth community, including on the basis of cooperation between state authorities and local government with law enforcement agencies. The author considers legal, preventive and forecasting terrorist and extremist threats among the main areas of anti-terrorist and anti-extremist activity.
