Directions of development of agglomerations and the problem of increasing the load on regional infrastructure

The theoretical understanding of ensuring the progressive development of regional infrastructure is presented as complex issues. In the short term, the channels for the flow of information of material values appear to be sufficient, but in the long term their use is so difficult that environmental problems arise. The worsening environmental problems, constraints in the development of economic actors generates a complex interconnected that need to be addressed as scientists and practitioners: first is to improve the return on assets without increasing load on the regional network, in the second formation conditions and determination ofpriorities for movement ofproduction within metropolitan areas.
