Directions of development of public-private partnership as an instrument of regional development policy

In this article the directions of development of public-private partnership as an instrument of regional development policy are considered. The dynamics of the index of physical volume of investments in fixed assets in recent years has been studied and analyzed. Some problems with the state of industrial and social infrastructure, faced by the majority of Russian regions, are outlined. Some explanations are given to the Federal law "On public-private partnership, municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation". A detailed description of the place of the concession mechanism in the PPP system is given. The ways of improvement of the legislation for further activation of concession activity for the purpose of attraction of private investments, in Russia are offered.
