Directions of development of the regional model of the organizational structure of the management of social work in the region

Important subjects of social work management in the Republic of Kalmykia are state bodies and public self-government. Mentioning the structure of public administration in the social sphere, we note that it has not changed for several decades. There are still federal government agencies - the Ministry, the subject of the Federation - as departments, municipal - departments. But the functionalities of the vertical management have undergone a lot of changes, which have become the least stringent and more liberal, which is changing the internal system of government agencies. According to the interpretation (subjects) manage the social sphere for positive trends, which forms the optimal model of republican and municipal government bodies and implements the principles and improvement in the social sphere.
