Directions for the development of strategic technologies that contribute to the digitalization of business in the company

During the pandemic, businesses had to learn to work in a different way: many companies began to actively build work in the virtual space. The pandemic should be seen as a turning point for the digital transformation of business. In order to be successful, companies must scale up to use the opportunities of new business models that contribute to increasing consumer value, introduce new technologies into business process and production management, which allows them to gain a new competitive advantage over other companies and attract new customers. But in conditions of high uncertainty, technologies and business strategies are also changing rapidly. The article examines the question of the direction in which the trends of strategic technologies have changed over the past three years based on Gartner reports. And it is concluded that the business processes of a modern digital company are based on artificial intelligence technologies, big data, which connect the company and the client and help to build a people-centric business development model.
