The direction of solving the problem of solid waste in the Krasnodar region

The main factors determining the existence of problems in the sphere of solid waste management in the Krasnodar region are reflected. The article describes the predicted situation in this area without taking appropriate measures to create a comprehensive centralized waste management system. The priority of solving the problem in the field of waste management of production and consumption for the socio-economic development of the Krasnodar region. The main directions of solving this problem, including the organization of selective waste collection, the development of the market of secondary material resources, carrying out targeted outreach to the population, and others. The directions of efficiency from implementation of the offered actions are defined.
