Directions of the breaking of the free executive authorities of Karachay-Cherkess

The article discusses the areas of improvement of the executive branch of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The author concludes that for every public body, public institution, official it is necessary to outline the scope of his competence, establishing a clear responsibility for their decisions and actions, to ensure the coherence of all actions to be taken.
