The ways of improvement of human resources management activities in organizations

In the article the need of improvement of implementation of human resources management activities in organizations of the Republic of Belarus is scientifically substantiated. The evolution of the role of personnel department of organizations and the place of personnel department of the majority of Belarusian organizations at the present stage is considered. The research in the field of implementation of human resources management activities is systematized, the problems of modern activities of personnel departments of the Republic of Belarus which hinder the competitiveness of Belarusian organizations on the international market are identified. Existing regulatory framework governing the activities of personnel departments of organizations in the Republic of Belarus is estimated. In order to reduce transaction costs methods for the management of personnel risks are developed. The ways of improvement of human resources management activities in domestic organizations are substantiated.
