Directions for improving corporate governance assessment in Uzbekistan

The article substantiates the importance of corporate governance assessment, provides generalized conclusions of the results of the study of approaches to the assessment of corporate governance of the company, analyzes domestic experience and shortcomings, and also gives methodological and practical proposals for its improvement, taking into account the tasks and changes that are provided for by recently adopted legislative and regulatory documents in Uzbekistan related to this area.
