Directions of perfection of process of implementation of state and municipal programs of small business support at the regional level

The article on the basis of monitoring the development of small and medium-sized businesses identified areas of support for SMEs in the regions of the North Caucasus Federal district. Has been proposed mechanisms of support of subjects of small and average business. The main problems existing in the NCFD are identified.
