Areas for improving the development of state programs of the subject of the Russian Federation in the sphere of drug prevention and prevention of illicit traffic

On the basis of analysis of current use state programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation and implementation of the long-term target programs implemented prior to January 1, 2014 in the field of drug abuse and illicit traffic in narcotic drugs the basic areas of improving the process of their development are considered in the article.
