The paper considers the concept and significance of the company's sales activities, considers the main elements of the company's sales policy: transportation of products, product refinement, storage, contacts with consumers and identifies problems inherent in these elements, presents possible solutions to these problems, as well as practical examples of improvement, including through the use of modern information technologies.
