The improvement courses of monitoring and control system of socio-economic development of a region

The article discusses the need for the introduction of controlling functions in the system of monitoring and control of social and economic development of territories in order to reduce the level of uncertainty when making decisions on a course of regional development. Introduction of controlling elements will help to form the predicted values of indicators characterizing the degree of achievement of strategic objectives of region development in different ways based on the change of planned program factors. Thus, it is possible to choose an optimal alternative of the regional task-oriented program implementation.
