The article discusses the main directions of development of the competitiveness management system of the organization of the agro-industrial complex of Russia. They generally boil down to the development of a network sales channel in the territory of the Russian Federation, including the format of discounters; development of the federal network sales channel (Dixy, X5 Retail Group, Okey, Metro, Auchan, Magnit, Trade and Purchasing Union of Chains); launching new types of products on the market. By calculation, the existence of the effectiveness of the program based on the implementation of these measures has been shown.
