Directions for improving socially-oriented policies regarding migrants in the Russian Federation

The article highlights the gaps in migration management today and the strategic goal of the Russian migration policy, which is to change the formed vectors of internal Russian migration. The directions of regulation of migration processes both at the level of the Federal government and at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation are justified in the form of an integrated system with the allocation of three interrelated blocks: migrants, migration flows and the institutional structure of migration policy implementation.
