Drug situation in the republic of Peru and Russian-Peruvian cooperation in the fight against drug trafficking

The paper reveals the issues of cultivating a coca plant in the Republic of Peru, as well as the problems of combating the production and distribution of cocaine both domestically and abroad, which threatens the national interests of the Russian Federation, in particular, the health of the nation. In addition, the article considers issues of Russian-Peruvian cooperation on these issues. The conclusion is drawn about the need to continue cooperation at the level of the governments of Russia and Peru, as well as between the law enforcement agencies of these countries.
