Drug intoxication: peculiarities of administrative and legal importance

The article considers the concept of drug intoxication; the consequences connected by administrative and legal sources with the state of drug intoxication are estimated. The peculiarities of the established methods of drug intoxication fixation are noted and the authors draw attention to certain elements of the established procedure of conducting medical examination for the state of drug intoxication.
