The national-economic significance of topinambur (Helianthus tuberosus L.) in the conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan

The article deals with national economic values and methods of growing Jerusalem artichoke in the conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The object of the study was the Jerusalem artichoke "Faiz Baraka" and "Mujiz", underground and aboveground (tuber) organs, the timing and the sowing schedule, the size of the seed, the depth of sowing.
