“People’s” federal loan bonds in the monetary regulation system

The article is devoted to a new instrument of state borrowings - federal loan bonds for individuals. The article examines the advantages and disadvantages of "people's" bonds, a brief description of them is also provided. The added value is to analyze the effectiveness of this investment tool, as well as its impact on the domestic economy.
