Narrative practices of resocialization of persons serving a prison sentence (comparative legal analysis of the experience of Russia, China and Mongolia)

The article deals with the problem of resocialization and prevention of recidivism among persons serving prison sentences and those who released on parole. The author highlights the issue of using the term «correction» in the legislation, considering that it’s more correctly to use «forecast of law-abiding behavior after release» as a basis for parole. The article analyzes the experience of other countries, in particular, China and Mongolia, including the use of narrative practices of resocialization.
