Hemostasis system disturbance in newborns with congenital generalized infection of DNA-viral aetiology disturbances

Research objective is revealing of disturbances of a hemostasis in newborns with a congenital generalised infection. Following problems are solved: retrospective analysis of case histories and prospective observation of newborns were carried out, clinical and laboratory data is estimated. As a result lesions of lungs, liver and the central nervous system were revealed; the found hypocoagulative status in direct ratio depends on expression of a syndrome of cytolysis and cholestasia.
