Outdoor advertising: issues of legal regulation

The article actualizes the problem of the lack of a definition of outdoor advertising in the legislation of the Russian Federation, reveals the signs and means of outdoor advertising. Based on the analysis of the materials of judicial practice, the authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to consolidate such a definition at the legislative level.
