Spin particles population density in magnetic traps

The problem of estimation of density of population of levels and groups of levels in quantum cells is discussed in the work. This is a key problem for creation of quantum computing cells and determination of their physical-information properties. The method offered in work allows to establish density of population of levels and groups of levels irrespective of forms of a quantum cell in the conditions of high-noise environment.
