Violence as an element of political anti-utopia

The article deals with anti-utopia as a political literature genre by studying a novel of the Japanese writer K. Takami “Battle Royale". The evolutionary epistemology and cognitive philosophy are used as methodological basis. It is Indicated, that dystopia involves manipulation of the public political consciousness to deceive into the belief that the state is ideal while it is anti-humanistic and uncompetitive de facto. The article also considers a problem of aggressiveness, violence and moral strictures and their influence on the state of mind and behaviour of an individual and a group, particularly in the abnormal situations.
