Violent criminality in the places of detention: analysis of causal complex

The article discusses the causal complex of violent penitentiary criminality in the Russian Federation. Three groups of factors are designated in the causal complex: common, particular and distinctive. In the article the core current issues of the causal complex of violent penitentiary criminality are showed. The role of each framework of factors in the causal complex of violent penitentiary criminality is discussed. In the paper there is analyzed the interrelation of various groups of factors, distinguishing the most important ones in each group.
