Violent acts of a sexual nature in the criminal legislation of Russia (actual problems of qualification)

The current problematic issues of qualification of crimes committed on sexual grounds are analyzed. Highlighted the norms of international conventions and national criminal legislation, the practice of their application. On the basis of the study, possible ways of solving the identified problems were formulated.
